I grew up a dreamer with big plans centered around a mythical path to success I was destined to be on. Then I became an adult and that once crystal clear path became a mud puddle.

Today I’m still a dreamer and in some ways I’m still in the mud puddle. The only difference between then and now is my goals are defined and I’m not stuck.

I became a dad on August 6, 2016 and like most new dads my life was hit by crying, pooping tornado also known as a baby boy.

Obviously this has had a humongous impact on my life and consumes a large portion of my time.  I enjoy spending time with my family, health & fitness, reading good books, and listening to music.  I golf a lot, but I’m not a golfer.

I’m a veteran active in the National Guard and have been deployed 2x’s.  I’m also a therapist working in a skilled nursing facility helping elderly people feel young again.

I decided to write this blog because the world needs more blogs and honestly I feel I can help other dads on this crazy ride known as fatherhood.
